      The practice is located in downtown Huntington, West Virginia at 1438 6th Avenue. From Interstate 64, take the HAL GREER BLVD./WV-10 exit (Exit #11) towards DOWNTOWN. Turn LEFT onto 6TH AVE for one block. The Apgar Family Practice is on the right, on the corner of 6th Avenue and 15th Street.
